While planning a wedding and choosing the perfect wedding dress can be enjoyable, we understand that you may have many questions or concerns. Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions we receive from brides.

Interested in our new outdoor experience?

Book our outdoor experience while receiving the same personal attention and service as you would inside our boutique (up to 4 guests -- additional guests can tailgate.). Enjoy personal attention and refreshments in an open air experience. Please inquire.

Where are you located?

We are located in the heart of Shawsheen Village (intersection of Route 28 & Route 133) in Andover, MA -- in the historic Kiley Law Building.  On-street parking is available along Poor Street. You may park in the back parking lot. Note: the sign states 'For Law Office Only', however, parking is permitted.

How much time in advance should I shop?

For a stress-free experience, if you are special ordering, we suggest allowing 9-12 months, ensuring ample time for alterations once your dress arrives.  Alterations can run from 3-5 months before your wedding.  If you're short on time to plan, we've got you covered with our ready-to-go options.

Do I need an Appointment?

Yes! Our private appointments are designed to give you undivided attention on your wedding gown dress journey.  For an intimate shopping experience, Tulle offers a variety of specialty appointments to fit your needs.

What is your policy for reservations and cancellations?

Similar to a salon or spa, we request a 72-hour notice for cancellations to allow us to fill the appointment slot. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $75 cancellation fee.

If you are seeking a specific time that is not available on our scheduler, please call to inquire about our availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

How long are appointments?

We schedule our appointments for 90 minutes. We are not a salon that will rush you out the door when your time is up.  Selecting a wedding gown is an important process so we want you to feel relaxed and not pressured.

Who should accompany me to my appointment?

Choosing your gown is a deeply personal experience with your loved ones. Ensure you have key decision-makers present during this intimate moment.  If someone important can't be physically present, feel free to include them via Facetime. Arrange a unique virtual date with your loved ones, ensuring they are prepared to join in the celebration if you find "the one."

For safety reasons, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment. Please give us a call to make special accommodations.

How many guests can you bring?

Our boutique has limited space, allowing for a comfortable gathering of up to 4 guests. If you wish to include more people, please contact the salon in advance to check if arrangements can be made for a larger party or select one of our specialty appointments.

What is the price range of your wedding gowns, and do you offer size inclusivity?

Tulle's ready-to-go dresses are available in sizes 0-30, with prices starting at $699 and  up. Stay updated on the latest sales by connecting with us on social media.

We also feature exclusive special order designers that are hand-picked, starting at $999 and up. These dresses can be ordered in any size, ensuring size inclusivity.

VIP Signature Experience: Are you looking for an extra special shopping experience?

  • Not your ordinary appointment. The VIP Signature Experience is exclusively for you to enjoy your friends and family in a private appointment. You will have the store closed for you and your party for two hours.
  • Enjoy mimosas and sweet treats for your guests.
  • One-on-one styling with our expert bridal stylist.
  • A special gift worth 10% off your gown, accessories, and bridesmaids purchase and take home a complimentary gift from Tulle.

Your bridal stylist will have a pre-appointment consultation with you so that when you arrive we can have gowns pulled ahead of time based on your personal style. Invite family and friends to make a social shopping event. We believe that buying your wedding gown should not feel like any other shopping trip and most of all stress free!

Salon Reservation: $395

What form of payment do you accept?

For the purchase of a dress, full payment is required, and we accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. If you need other financial arrangements please let us know. All transactions are final sale.  Gratuities are accepted.

Do you offer alterations?

While we do not offer in-house alterations, we do provide a list of trusted seamstresses in the surrounding area for you to use.  Each seamstress has a specialty so please make sure you are confident in your selection.

What should I wear or bring to my appointment?

Your consultant will assist you in and out of the dressing room as you try on each gown. Therefore, it's recommended to wear something comfortable. We suggest light-colored undergarments, a strapless bra, and Spanx if desired. Bring a preferred shoe height that you want to wear on your wedding day.

Kindly refrain from bringing food or drink into the boutique, unless you have discussed it with our staff beforehand. If you wish to bring in champagne for your appointment, please feel free to inquire.

What about undergarments?

Your consultant will be popping in & out of the dressing room to help you into each gown.  So, please wear something you are comfortable in. Light colored undergarments, strapless bra, and Spanx (if desired) are suggested.

Are pictures allowed?

Yes! We love to have fun and add to your memories! So... snap away!

What about food and drink?

We ask that you do not bring food/drink into the boutique, unless previously discussed with our staff. Please inquire if you would like to bring in champagne for your appointment.

How far in advance should I purchase my dress?

Dresses can take up to 5-8 months to produce, since it is being made to order. When you factor in shipping and alterations, it could be up to 10+ months for the total process. We suggest deciding on a dress at soon as possible so you have time built in for fittings and accessorizing. There are rush options for weddings under 6 months, but rush fees do apply.
